Call Out Charges

We do not have a call out charge for anyone within 5 miles of our office. Outside of this, a charge will apply. We will be happy to quote before an appointment.

Fixed Fees

Some of our services are provided at a fixed fee:

PC Health Check - £50
Virus Removal - £50
Simple PC Upgrades - £30
Peripheral Installation - £30
Data Backup - £30 + Backup media

Hourly Charges

The rest of our services are charged at an hourly rate of £60, charged at £30 for the first half hour, and £15 pounds for each additional 15 minute period.

No Fix No Fee

We offer a No Fix No Fee service for all software and virus removal services. If a hardware problem is diagnosed it will be charged at the usual rates.

Payment Options

At the moment we can accept payment by cash, electronic transfer, or by prior arrangement Credit Card using Paypal. Unfortunatley with the removal of cheque guarentee cards from the end of June 2011, we will no longer be able to accept personal cheques.
